EU, EEA & UK (GDPR)
GDS Holdings, LLC is the controller of your information. The legal bases we rely on (contract, consent and legitimate interests) are listed in our Privacy Policy. We reply within one month, which can be extended by two more months for complex requests (we'll tell you if so).
You can complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EU, find yours on the European Data Protection Board's list). We'd appreciate the chance to sort it out first.
California & other US states
Under the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws in states such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Texas, you have the rights above. In the last 12 months we collected identifiers (name, email, phone), internet activity on our site and app, approximate location and your preferences, for the purposes in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell personal information, we haven't sold it, and we don't knowingly sell or share information of anyone under 16.
We honour Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sharing. We reply within 45 days. You can use an authorised agent; we'll ask for proof that they act for you. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer.

How requests work
To protect you, we only act on a request once we're sure it's yours, usually by confirming the email or phone number on your account. Requests are free, unless they're clearly unfounded or excessive.
